My first impression wasn’t great. It was hard to filter the vans I wanted, the pages loaded way too slowly, and the booking process felt more confusing than it should have. I had to restart twice, and by that point I was already over it

"Deposit Refund Took Longer Than I Expected!!!"
Overall, things were okay, but my deposit refund was definitely slower than I thought it would be!!! I kept checking back and waiting, which got a little frustrating after a while!!! It did come through eventually, but I really wish the process had been quicker and smoother!!!

I booked a motorhome and, umm, I thought the confirmation would come through quickly. It ended up taking longer than I expected, so I kept checking my email over and over, which made planning a bit stressful. The booking did go through in the end, but the waiting around was annoying. It would’ve been much better if they gave clearer updates instead of leaving you unsure.

"Decent Overall, But the Fees Hurt"
Overall, it was fair enough and I didn’t have any major issues at first. But this is where it got annoying: the fees ended up being more noticeable than I expected, and they definitely stung a bit. Not a terrible experience, just something I wish had felt a little more upfront.

I had an issue with my booking and, to be fair, support did get back to me in the end. It just took a few days, and I had to follow up twice, so I kept wondering if I was being impatient or if they’d missed it. The problem was eventually fixed, but the whole process didn’t feel especially reassuring.

I ended up buying this after going back and forth for a while, mostly because I was trying to be more careful with spending this month after already buying a bunch of random stuff I probably didn’t need. But i’m glad I got it. It does what I needed it to do, feels like a good value, and I don’t feel like I wasted my money at all

Booking was mostly fine, and I found a camper quickly. The only thing that threw me off was the price. At first it looked like one amount, then later on — I think after I picked the dates, or maybe closer to checkout, a few extra fees and insurance options showed up. I might be mixing up the exact order, but either way the final total wasn’t what I thought it would be at the start. Not a terrible experience, just wish the full cost had been clearer earlier.

I still remember the relief I felt when we first picked up the motorhome. I was half-expecting the usual rental surprises, but it was clean inside, smelled fresh, and everything looked like it had been properly cared for. There were a couple of tiny marks on the outside, but they didn’t matter to us at all. The bed was comfy, the seats were good, and the kitchen and bathroom worked perfectly the whole time. It ended up being one of those small things that made the whole trip feel easier and more relaxed because we never had to worry about the van.

The booking itself was mostly fine, but the payment part definitely made me a bit uneasy. My card got charged, and then the confirmation didn’t come through as quickly as I expected, so I was sitting there refreshing my email a few times like I was waiting for concert tickets or something. I’d actually just made a coffee and then completely forgot about it because I was too busy checking whether the booking had gone through. It did all work out in the end, and the booking was fine, so no major disaster or anything. I just wish the payment process felt a little more reassuring, with clearer info right away. Not terrible, just a bit more stressful than it needed to be.

"Professional, but the wait was frustrating"
The service was professional and everyone seemed to know what they were doing, but things moved a lot slower than I expected. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but it would’ve been nice if someone acknowledged the delay or offered a quick apology. Overall, it was okay, just not as smooth as I’d hoped
